We dispatch your order from Germany. Your order is often dispatched on the day it is received, but no later than the following working day * 1
Delivery times
- Germany, 1 - 4 working days
- European Union, 2 - 7 working days
- Worldwide (also overseas), 5 - 21 working days
Shipping costs
- Within Germany: 4,90 EUR
- All EU countries (except Germany): 6.90 EUR
- Worldwide shipping (outside the EU): 14.90 EUR
Customs and tax costs
- There are no costs or fees for customs or taxes within the European Union.
- Private consumers will receive an invoice from us after purchase with German VAT shown. Business customers must provide their VAT number during the registration / ordering process. A subsequent addition and invoice correction is unfortunately not possible.
- Orders that are delivered to a country outside the EU are always handled by us VAT-exempt, stating the net order value. Depending on the value of the goods, import sales tax is only charged once the goods have crossed the border into the country of delivery. As a rule, this tax must be paid to the postal service provider upon delivery, as well as any fees incurred for the collection of import VAT.
Please note the import VAT exemption limits and regulations of your country!
