We ship your order from Germany. Shipping takes place on working days, often on the day your order is received, but at the latest on the following working day. (1)
Delivery times
- Germany, 1 – 4 working days
- European Union, 2 – 7 working days
- Worldwide (including overseas), 5 – 21 working days
Shipping
- Within Germany: EUR 4.90
- All EU countries (except Germany): EUR 6.90
- Worldwide shipping (outside the EU): EUR 14.90

Customs and tax costs
- There are no costs or fees for customs duties or taxes within the European Union . After the purchase, private consumers receive an invoice from us with German sales tax. Corporate customers must provide their UID / VAT as part of the registration / ordering process. Unfortunately, subsequent additions and invoice corrections are not possible.
- Orders that are delivered to a country outside the EU are always treated by us exempt from VAT and the net order value is stated. Depending on the value of the goods, the import sales tax is only levied after the border has been crossed into the delivery country. This tax is usually payable upon delivery to the postal service provider, as are any fees for receiving import sales tax. Please note the import sales tax exemption limits and regulations in your country!
