• That's no problem at all. As long as you haven't worn or washed laulas products beyond a fitting, we'll gladly exchange them for your optimal size. A quick email to info@laulas.com and we'll take care of it.
• Exchange of a laulas LIGHT anti-sweat shirt for e.g. a STANDARD or EXTREM is not possible if you have already worn it. 

Of course. If you return your laulas within 30 days, we will take it back and refund your purchase price - no ifs, ands or buts. You can find details in our terms and conditions. 

All size measurements are detailed in our size charts. TIP: Measure your current favourite vest / polo shirt / summer T-shirt / pants and compare it with our size chart. Then you are sure to choose correctly.

No, you can also wear laulas with 2-3 cm distance in the armpits and it reliably fulfils its function.

You have 2 options:
1.in some laulas men's models we also offer size XS (laulas LIGHT, laulas STANDARD white, laulas EXTREM white).
2.you can wear ladies L like many of our customers already do. The difference is the lower neckline and the additional 5% elastane which makes laulas fit tighter.

laulas functional vests and incontinence pants can be washed at 40°C, which is perfectly adequate with today's detergents. To ensure that you enjoy your laulas for a long time, please read our washing instructions.

• Pure new sheep's wool is self-cleaning and binds almost no odour particles.
  Regular airing (please not in the sun or on the heating!) and light shaking ensure long durability and lasting sleeping comfort.
• Accordingly, you do not have to and should not wash your laulas night sweat products. 
• However, there are modern washing machines that offer a "wet-clean" programme. Washing at 40° is possible

This depends on your personal amount of sweat and sweat odour. As a rule, you should put laulas in the wash after one day of wear.

• Yes. Depending on the situation, we sweat more or less. On days with "stressful situations" you should wear absorbent pads. On "normal" days, laulas provides protection against sweat stains even without absorbent pads. Try it out, the situations are very personal.
• You can also use the absorbent pads for 2 days, depending on the amount of sweat and odour. The absorbent pads are not washable.

With very, very large amounts of sweat on particularly strenuous days, laulas also reaches its limit. Here you should:
1. change the absorbent pads during the day (paper handkerchiefs are also possible, but not as efficient).
2. or change to laulas EXTREM. These laulas have 2.5 times larger absorbent pads and last the whole day with almost all amounts of perspiration.
3. with the sureshorts incontinence pants, changing the absorbent pads depends on the amount of urine you produce.

Yellow sweat stains do not occur in all people. Various factors cause them to form on your clothes, not just armpit sweat. The secretion of sebum, active ingredients from anti-perspirants and your sweat composition are the main factors, depending on the composition. In some people, these components form yellow deposits that settle in the textiles and become stronger with every wash. 
laulas helps and protects your outerwear from these yellow stains, but cannot prevent them because the cause is not the shirt. 

Although citric and acetic acid help against yellow stains, they should not be used on laulas because the acid damages the membrane fabric over time and shortens the life of your laulas.  

Tip: Very often, a new deodorant is the cause of the sudden appearance of yellow stains and increased odour. Maybe changing your deodorant again will help.

The fabric in your underarm area is the membrane fabric. The membrane fabric takes on colour more easily than cotton fabric. If you have washed your laulas with coloured laundry (a grey shirt will do), the membrane fabric may darken or take on colour. This can give your laulas a grey discolouration in the armpit. 

Tip: Wash laulas only with white laundry.

Fresh sweat is odourless at the beginning. It is only the processing by bacteria on our skin that causes sweat odour to develop. Other influences on the development of sweat odour can be food and stimulants as well as diseases. During puberty, hormonal changes can also lead to an increased smell of sweat, which usually subsides after puberty. Since skin bacteria feel particularly at home in warm, moist areas of our skin, perspiration odour develops mainly in the armpits and on the feet.

What can be done about it?
1. these bacteria thrive even better in persistent areas of the body. Shaving your armpit hair helps to reduce the odour.
2. test different deodorants. There can be big differences in how a deodorant affects your personal sweat smell. 
3. antiseptic soap (or deodorant) makes life difficult for the bacteria responsible and inhibits their growth.
4. There is a special washing foam from BromEX foamer. This is said to have good effects on strong odours.  
5. observe which foods you develop a particularly strong odour after and avoid them.

No. laulas does not want to prevent the natural amount of sweat. This has an important cooling function. Experiences of our customers and of the inventor show that with the disappearance of the sweat stains, the fear of these also decreases and thus the sweat stains become smaller. Here the psyche helps, which originally causes the sweat stains in many people. But this also varies greatly depending on the user.

laulas EXTREM was developed for very, very large amounts of perspiration.
About 20% of us sweat so much in some situations that the absorbent pads of the laulas Standard (small absorbent pads) cannot absorb the entire amount of sweat during the day. You would therefore have to change the absorbent pads during the day to prevent the sweat from overflowing the membrane material.
laulas EXTREM has 2.5 times larger absorbent pads and thus retains even very large amounts of perspiration without having to change them during the day. Wearing comfort is also very good with laulas EXTREM. You do not feel any difference. 

sureshorts EXTREM is designed for urine volumes that cause more than droplet incontinence.
You can react very flexibly to your incontinence amounts. Simply change the pads during the day if they become full. This also prevents urine from overflowing beyond the protective terry cloth and membrane.
